Request for Proposal Hotel Shuttle

To whom it may concern, the goal of this correspondence is to secure an airport hotel to DEN shuttle service contract between Powderhound Transportation and your establishment. 

The attached image the Powderhound Transportation fleet as a whole, in addition to interior image of the van and the shuttle with luggage. 

Mercedes-Benz Sprinters

Three sprinter vans hold 16 passengers in the rear cabin. The years of the vehicles are 2007, 2015, 2016. All are painted black with functioning air conditioner and brake service. With the front row flipped backwards, there is a natural divider between the driver and passengers. With the high roof, and rear cabin seats facing each other,  there is comfortable access for loading and unloading guests. The custom vinyl floor makes for fast cleaning. The large windows enhance customer experience.

Luggage: Remove the front passenger seat and at least 12 full-size suitcases will fit besides the driver or 24 carry-ons when the front passenger door is open.

Freightliner Bus

Powderhound features a Freightliner motorcoach bus that can seat 30 passengers within perimeter configuration. The capacity is ideal for multiple hotels in the same complex to contract with us. This vehicle requires a CDL to operate, has a luggage rack, and rear window slits make for fresh air in the rear cabin. 

If you are reading this as a concierge, you can count on us to not let you down. We seek a contract with a hotel complex to provide airport shuttle on a regular basis, and we can also create invoices for private group transportation. Rates 

Sprinter is $120 per hour, Bus is $150 per hour. Since hours tend to confuse, we can also offer Sprinter day rate of $720 and bus day rate of $900, up to 10 hours. 

Staff

Historically, Powderhound has hired their own staff to drive the vehicles. We can provide background checks and copies of drivers license. If you wish to have hotel staff as drivers, we are comfortable adding them to the insurance, following training. 

Insurance

Coverage is actually pretty hard to get in 2025. In order to enter DEN, we need 1.5M coverage for the Sprinters and 3.0M coverage for the Motorcoach. We need to be fronted about $5000, to begin the contract with your establishment, in order to secure the policy. We are open to starting on "probation" for 30 days to confirm that our service matches your expectations and all paperwork is legit.
